Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort and Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort’s talent management team will be hosting a collective brainstorming session for post COVID-19 challenges via a Zoom Call on 26 May at 2pm.
The objective is to hold a successful virtual brainstorming related to post COVID-19, the resort stated. They further stated that is will be a collective brainstorming strategy related to the anticipated challenges to produce a detailed document or playbook that can be employed in groundwork with the reopening of resorts or hotel.
The session will be addressing the following pre-study questions:
-What are the potential challenges relating to the workforce (or anything) anticipated, as we get ready to the re-opening of our resorts?
-What actions or measures do you suggest in order to combat those challenges?
“This is an opportunity to meet my co-hotelier virtually and exchange ideas on how we can lead better our workplace while facing the unprecedented situation that is currently evolving around the globe, COVID 19,” Cherry S. Cruz, Facilitator, Accor Maldives Area Talent & Culture Employers said. “Organizations are not ready for this scenario. The leadership expertise of everyone is crucial – we need a helping hand on how we can combat all together to fight an epidemic that is killing the economy and our very own bread and butter, Hotel Industry. I am with all of you – When our resort or business resume activity after COVID-19, it will be in a dramatic changed economic landscape and not as simple as turning the light on.”
