Angsana Velavaru has promoted Ahmed Zahir to the position of Hotel Manager.
An experienced hotelier with a demonstrated history of working in the Tourism industry, Ahmed has over 39 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Maldives.
Prior to his promotion to the Hotel Manager position, he was the Acting General Manager at Angsana Velavaru for over a year. He initially joined the team at Angsana Velavaru as Director of Rooms in 2015 has worked all the way up to now the Hotel Manager position in 25 years at the resort. Ahmed has also worked previously at Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru for over 13 years as well.
