Rifaath Saeed Appointed as the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at Oblu XPERIENCE Ailafushi and Oblu SELECT Lobigili.
She has over 15 years of working for high-end luxury resorts in the Maldives. Before this role, Rifaath was working as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Movenpick Resorts Kuredhivaru. Rifaath has also worked in several other resorts such as Kandima Maldives, Dusit Thani Maldives, Kurumba Maldives, Velassaru Maldives, W, and Sheraton Hotels.
Rifaath has also contributed to pre-opening resorts such as PER AQUUM Huvafenfushi, W Retreat and Spa, Dusit Thani Maldives, and Kandima Maldives. She believes it allows her to build a dream from scratch. According to her, some of her best rewards throughout her career has been increasing sales over 50% YOY from new accounts and markets, building strong customer relationship with main account key players from different markets, utilizing and managing groups to resorts, and maximizing sales for the companies by utilizing the relationship with their key partners.
She is passionate about developing and opening doors for her junior colleagues and has been involved in training sales coordinators, sales executives, and sales managers to reach their full potential.
