Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa, Dhonakulhi Maldives has appointed the acclaimed French Chef Sebastien Pinson as its new Executive Chef.
French-born Sebastien Pinson brings with him 20 years of culinary experience to the Hideaway team. He has worked in famous hotels and resorts around the world including in Europe, Asia, United States, South America and the Caribbean. During this time, thanks to hard work and passion, Chef Sebastien has received several awards, including a coveted Michelin star.
Since joining Hideaway, Chef Sebastien has wowed and impressed the resort’s guests with his culinary delights. Bringing in fresh ingredients from the resort’s very own garden, Sunset Pool Cafe now has a mouthwatering watermelon and tomato gazpacho to enjoy. Samsara Restaurant features a new Teppanyaki set menu, while Meeru Bar & Grill has seen some extensive re-working of the pizza dough recipe.
As Chef Sebastien takes charge of four different restaurants and bars at Hideaway, guests can experience an elevated dining experience which portrays the interplay of food, wine, ambiance and service. They can further experience the signature dish of Chef Sebastien as he refines it according to their individual wishes.
