NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi announced the promotion of Ahmed Jabeen to Executive Sous Chef and Adam Ziyaadh to Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
Hailing from Ga. Villingili, Ahmed Jabeen’s 16-year dedication to the culinary arts has propelled him to new heights as he steps into the role of Executive Sous Chef. His journey began with internships in Thailand and Germany, laying the foundation for a career adorned with enriching experiences at renowned establishments such as Four Seasons Kuda Huraa, One & Only Reethi Rah, and The Standard, among others. Jabeen’s expertise in sugar and bread carving, French pastries, and chocolatier skills, coupled with his invaluable mentorship under Michelin-starred chefs, sets him apart as a true culinary virtuoso. We eagerly anticipate the innovation and excellence he will bring to our culinary landscape.
Born and raised in Lh. Hinnavaru, Adam Ziyaadh’s time as a Room Attendant at Taj Coral Reef Resort was memorable and formative. The clockwork precision required worked to instil in him a work ethic that helped him grow further. After proving himself, he got promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor at the same resort. With advance came bigger challenges and responsibilities, but the dedication enabled Adam to conquer that phase with grace. His stints at Fushifaru Maldives as a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor only fortified his experiences, equipping him with managerial capabilities. When 2022 rolled around, he seized an opportunity at NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi, where all his years of experience have culminated in this deserved promotion. His journey serves as a reminder that with persistence, one can steadily rise through the ranks and achieve their dreams.
