Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu kicks off the wellbeing weekend with rejuvenating activities at Coco Spa, which promises a tailored retreat of soothing treatments combined with a wellness and detoxification lifestyle to alleviate the stress of modern life.  This includes Body Stretching, Detox Back Massage with Sauna, and Foot Massage, all of which are solely for the purpose of refreshing the body.

The resort is to host a friendly volleyball session for both guests and associates, aimed at improving cardiovascular health and mental agility, which in turn boosts cognitive abilities and concentration, while promoting camaraderie.  Additionally, guests are invited to enjoy specially curated Lagoon Lunches with a Wellness Menu, offering delicious and nourishing dishes prepared by the resort’s talented culinary team to enhance their wellness journey.

Meanwhile, at Coco Bodu Hithi, the island launches a three-day consecutive programme that introduces new flavours of healthy dishes throughout the dining hours, as well as palate-awakening detox beverages infused with herbs and green tea offered at the start of each day.  To maintain a calm and focused mind, the team invites guests to join them for a Sunrise Meditation and Sunset Yoga session with the resident yogi.
