Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has announced the appointment of Frank Wackerhagen as Executive Chef. With over 15 years of culinary excellence in some of the world’s top hotels and restaurants, Chef Frank is set to enhance the gastronomic experience at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives.
Chef Frank has held prestigious positions in renowned establishments such as Rosewood Bangkok and Grand Hyatt Singapore, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to quality. His extensive experience in fine dining and sustainable practices aligns seamlessly with Alila’s mission of creating memorable experiences rooted in local culture and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
