Ankur Kumar has been appointed as the new Executive Chef at Hard Rock International.
Most recently, Ankur served as the Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Yak and Yeti in Nepal.
With a Dual M.B.A in Hospitality Management & Tourism and Hospitality Administration & Tourism Management in the Indian Institute of Commerce and Trade, Ankur has an extensive background and is a culinary professional who has worked with major luxury brands worldwide.
Centara Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, The Residence Maldives, Leonia Holistic Destination and Reethi Beach Resort are some of the luxury properties where he has shown his innovative culinary ideas and skills.
Ankur is also a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition at I.H.M Hyderabad.
Appointed as the Executive Chef—Kitchen Manager, Ankur’s tenure with Hard Rock International began on July 2019.
