Vogue Paris has compiled a list of the most beautiful hotels of this summer and Kudadoo Maldives Private Island has earned a spot on it.
The list comprises of 10 beautiful hotels around the globe including hotels from Panama, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Japan, Mexico, Brazil and France. The Maldives earned a spot with Kudadoo Island.
Kudadoo is a private island synonymous with privacy, authentic connections, space and time, a place that redefines the norm ‘freedom reimagined’. Recently transformed into a hotel, the resort consists of only 15 rooms, decorated by interior designer Yumi Yamazaki where the ambience echoes that of Robinson Crusoe (a luxury version of course). From the cabanas on stilts to the giant glistening pool facing the lagoon, populated by tropical fish and stingrays, guests have plenty to marvel at. The hotel’s restaurant, with chef Antoine Lievaux in charge (taking over from Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon), offers healthy breakfast options, handmade pizzas, and Japanese dishes. Kudadoo is also the first fully sustainable resort in the Maldives.
Kudadoo Maldives Private Island by Hurawalhi is managed by Bradley Calder as part of Crown & Champa Resorts collection. The resort can be booked entirely for exclusive use from $80,000 – $140,000 per night depending on the season, alternatively residences can also be booked from $3,800 per night.
