Maldives has been listed among CNN’s most romantic places to visit around the world.
The list includes 13 destinations from Maldives to iconic cultural cities such as Paris, Venice and Istanbul. The author Chris Dwyer describes the destinations ideal for romance for Valentine’s Day or any time of year.
Always hovering near the top of romantic bucket lists comes the Maldives. Sitting 600 miles southwest of India, the collection of 26 atolls boasts some of the planet’s dreamiest islands, beaches, water and marine life.
Visitors can choose from more than 100 resorts, most of which are reached by speedboat or seaplane.
Maldives was also recently named tajawal, the Dubai-based online flight and hotel booking platform’s list of 5 romantic destinations.
