JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of IHG Hotels & Resorts as the management company for Noku Maldives.
Located on Kuda Funafaru Island in Noonu Atoll, this luxurious resort with 50 keys will be repositioned under IHG’s Vignette Collection brand from December 2024. This move aims to provide guests with unforgettable and distinctive experiences while leveraging Noku recognition in the Maldives.
JLL led a competitive operator selection process which included engaging with various hotel operators, conducting a thorough analysis of their proposals that considered both commercial and non-commercial aspects, and negotiating commercial terms to ensure mutual alignment of interests.

Having assisted with the purchase of the resort in 2016, we are honored to have been a part of the journey and contribute to the continued success of Noku Maldives.” The company stated in a post made on their company LinkedIn.
In May 2021, JLL Advised on the first Maldives Hotel transaction since 2019, representing the seller of the Kanuhura Maldives, a five-star resort with 80 villas.
