Rahim Flynn has been appointed as Shangri-La’s Villingili Resort & Spa’s new General Manager in addition to his current role as General Manager for Hotel Jen, Male.
Rahim has been working with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since 2006 and brings more than 20 years of experience in Executive roles in the hospitality industry. Prior to his move to the Maldives, he held Resident Manager positions with Shangri-La in Sri Lanka, Oman, and Malaysia.
He is skilled in Catering, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Facility Management (FM). Rahim also has a strong sales professional with a Diploma focused in Hospitality Administration/Management from HotelConsult “Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz” Switzerland.
