Maldives to Implement 17% Tourism GST from 1 July 2025

With over 20 years of experience in the tourism and luxury hospitality industry, Erdal brings a wealth of expertise in strategic sales, marketing and building strong relationships within the European market. His journey in the industry began in 2001 with Ltur Tourismus, a tour operator, part of TUI Group, where he managed product and contracting. After having specialised in long-haul destinations at two major German tour operators for 15 years, Erdal moved on to Sales & Marketing in hospitality for the first time in 2015. His previous roles in the Maldives include Director of Sales at LUX South Ari Atoll and Director of Business Development at Mirihi Island Resort.
