Najah, who previously served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Sun Siyam Iru Veli, has a remarkable track record in managing and enhancing the performance of food and beverage outlets, catering services, and culinary teams. He started his career in reputable brands such as Hilton and Hideaway Maldives. With over 15 years of experience, he has played pivotal roles in esteemed establishments, including the position of F&B Director as well as Manager at Sun Siyam Olhuveli Maldives, where he worked on the set up of the F&B outlets in TUI Blue Olhuveli Romance for adults only concept, before joining Sun Siyam Iru Veli in July 2023. Besides that, he has gone for extensive hospitality training in Europe, such as Italy and Malta, where he gained international exposure and experience. Known for his proficiency in restaurant management, catering, menu development, budgeting, staff training, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Najah has proven himself a leader in the industry.
