The Maldives Butler Academy concluded its first training session for Butlers in the luxury resort of Ozen Reserve Bolifushi in the Maldives.
A large number of staff from different nationalities, attended the training, where they were trained by the experienced hotelier and the President and Principal Trainer of The Maldives Butler Academy, Mohamed Yamany. During the sessions, the general Manager of Ozen Reserve Bolifushi, Luisa Lalli, highlighted the role Butlers play in ensuring guest satisfaction at the resort.
Maldives Butler Academy is the first Butler Academy registered and recognized by the Ministry of Tourism in the Maldives to develop and specialize professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry. With the input of ideas from like-minded veterans of the Maldives hospitality industry, the Maldives Butler Academy will focus on the development of individuals who share the ideals of creating positive once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the people that they will serve.
