The Ministry of Tourism is organizing an interactive discussion session on 50 years journey of the Maldives Tourism Industry, for travel and tourism students of Maldives.
This will be a hybrid session where speakers will talk about their experience and students will be given the chance to interact with the speakers.
Speakers for this discussion will be Maldives tourism pioneers, including Mr. MU Manik, Mr.Hussain Afeef, Mr.Ahmed Naseem and Mr.George Corbin who brought the first tourist group to the Maldives in 1972.
The session will be held on 17th February 2022 at the Maldives National University Auditorium. Interested students from all schools, colleges and universities are invited to join the session. Registration for this sessions will be made open during the upcoming week.
